Position: Enterprise Projects Manager     

Salary: £35,000 with progression to £37,500 

Location: 7-15 Pink Lane, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 5DW 

You may be required to work in any PNE office location.

PNE are seeking an experienced and ambitious Enterprise Projects Manager to enhance our Business Support team. In this dynamic role, you'll be the architect of our business support offer, overseeing all enterprise projects and initiatives, with a  particular focus on innovative programme design, facilitation and course delivery, providing engaging one-to-one support and  strategic planning.  You'll lead a dedicated team, ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to our funders’ requirements.

Key responsibilities:

Enterprise Delivery: You will oversee the entire enterprise delivery process, from conception to execution. Manage budgets, timelines, and resources ensuring every project achieves its objectives and outputs.

Project Management: You'll be the go-to person for project management expertise, guiding your team and fostering a collaborative spirit. Alongside delivering workshops and masterclasses, you will also be a trusted advisor for businesses and entrepreneurs, providing high quality support and coaching to foster growth and business success.

Facilitation and Programme Design: You will design and deliver engaging training sessions, networking events, workshops, and masterclasses, empowering others with the skills they need to succeed.

Business Development: You will be on the lookout for new funding opportunities, helping PNE secure new contracts and creating successful bids and tenders to push PNE to the next level. You will also build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, becoming a champion for PNE's business support services and the organisations and entrepreneurs we support.

 

We are looking for someone with:

  • A proven track record of managing successful programme’s and budget's of all sizes.
  • A deep understanding of funding schemes and the ability to translate them into actionable plans.
  • Exceptional project management skills and a focus on achieving targeted outcomes.
  • A passion for training and development, with the ability to create engaging learning experiences.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to connect with diverse stakeholders.
  • An understanding of GDPR requirements and other legal requirements related to starting and maintaining a business.
